Adilson, Owner

Adilson has been in construction for over 15 years.  Originally from Brazil, he fell in love with construction once he came to the US.  He prides himself on his attention to detail and being able to make a positive change in people's lives- one renovation at a time.   His honesty and ability to listen to the clients' needs are what keep people working with him, project after project.  

Jairo, Lead Subcontractor

Jairo has been in the construction business for over 15 years.  While he has vast experience in all areas of construction, his specialties are tiling and electrical work.  Jairo's tiling work is truly one of a kind, as well as his ability to connect with the clients.  Jairo has been a favorite of many past and present clientele.  His workmanship speaks for itself.  

Rachael, Administrator 

Rachael joined Macena Design during 2022.  She has extensive experience with customer service and handles the scheduling, online presence, as well as communication with the clients.  She has a knack for organization and the small details.  She prides herself on her listening skills, making sure the clients feel comfortable and understood.
