Adilson Macena – Co-Owner & Lead Builder

 Adilson brings over 20 years of hands-on experience in residential construction, with a strong background in remodeling and structural work. He leads all on-site construction, overseeing each phase of the project to ensure it is executed with precision, efficiency, and attention to detail.

He is responsible for managing field operations, coordinating subcontractors, and maintaining quality control throughout the build. His ability to problem-solve in the field and adapt to project conditions plays a key role in keeping projects on track and well-executed.

Adilson takes pride in delivering high-quality workmanship and ensuring that each project is built to a professional standard from start to finish.

Rachael Macena – Co-Owner & Project Coordination

Rachael manages client communication, project coordination, and overall project planning. She works closely with homeowners to ensure clear expectations, organized scheduling, and a smooth, well-structured experience from initial consultation through project completion.

She also provides design support for kitchen and bathroom projects, including layout planning, material selections, and finish coordination. As part of this process, she can create visual renderings to help clients better understand the design direction and make confident decisions before construction begins.

Her focus on communication, organization, and design helps ensure each project runs efficiently while delivering a cohesive and well-executed final result.
